Founded in 2009 by Mukesh Nand, a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Fiji who served as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Fiji during the 2022 General Election, the firm has grown into a well-regarded practice known for clear advice, careful preparation and professional representation.
Today Nands Law is led by Principal Shivnay Nand, continuing a client-focused tradition across civil litigation, banking and security documentation, probate and estate planning, family law, conveyancing and land matters, and construction disputes.
